SMP Tours policies
- Group reservations need to be made at least (7) days prior to the tour date.
- Groups must consist of 10 or more patrons in order to procure an open season booking.
- * Unscheduled Tour date availability is based on the personal availability, and travel availability of the D & N tour guides. These tours will be charged at regular single admission price $25.00 per/person
- Payments will also be accepted in the form of check or money order (payable to Dan M. Holroyd or Nicole Bray).
- Groups purchasing multiple tours can spread tours over multiple weekends.
- A deposit of 50% of the total cost for corporate or large groups is due 30 days prior to the tour bookings.
- A full refund of the deposit will be issued if tour is canceled 24 hours or more in advance of the booked tour.
- Groups failing to show up for the tour or canceling less than 24 hours from the tour start time will forfeit deposit.
- Participation in tours are at individual patrons own risk, D & N Tours and any other entity or organization associated with the tour shall not be held liable for any accident or incident that occurs while participating in the tour(s).

THIS IS TO ONLY SECURE SPOT ON TOUR TO INSURE NO OVER OR UNDER BOOKINGS, HOWEVER IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION OUTSIDE OF OUT LINED CONDITIONS, WHICH IS (7) DAYS PRIOR. A CHARGE OF THE TOUR AMOUNT PER PERSON AT 15.00 WILL BE ASSESSED WITH OUT REFUND)
